The method performs the resin infusion for the foam by adopting an auxiliary vacuum permeation method, that is, the foam is sealed in a vacuum state, the resin is infused in holes in the surface of the foam by the negative vacuum pressure when the viscosity is lower, and the resin temperature rising and keeping treatment is performed, so that the resin is prepolymerized, the viscosity is increased, and the resin is fixed and remained in the holes in the surface of the foam to form a resin layer.
