Abstract

The child tunica vaginalis hydrocele is a normal disease which happens frequently in scrotums and is mainly caused by wind and moisture which invade to block jueyin meridian so that the channel qi is blocked, the water-dampness is not removed and the noxious dampness drops down into the scrotums. Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine lotion selects traditional Chinese medicines, including bidens biternata, kyllinga monocephala, psychotria rubra, toxicodendron succedaneum, syneilesis aconitifolia, hedera helix, Indian epimeredi herb, triosteum himalayanum, herb of villosulous veronicastrum, root of beautiful phyllodium, root of woolly lespedeza, syringa pinnatifolia hemsl and henry clematis root, which have the effects of dispelling wind to detoxify and inducing diuresis to alleviate edema, and the medicines are grinded into fine powder and are decocted into lotion with water. The clinical tests show that the total effective rate is 96.7%, and not only is the curative effect remarkable, but also no side effect is caused.
