The invention discloses an intelligent multi-channel analyzer which comprises a control module and at least two analyzing and testing channels connected with the control module, wherein each analyzing and testing channel is used for analyzing and testing a to-be-detected sample according to the control of the control module, and feeding obtained detection data back to the control module; the control module is used for controlling the at least two analyzing and testing channels to simultaneously perform corresponding operations, and calculating the received detection data, and uploading a calculating result to an upper computer; and the control module is further used for responding an operation of a user to increase or reduce the number of the analyzing and testing channels connected into the analyzer. According to the intelligent multi-channel analyzer disclosed by the invention, the analyzing and testing channels independently operate, and all the channels can work in parallel, and thus a plurality of data are simultaneously measured; and meanwhile, the control module is used for controlling the increase or reduction of the number of the analyzing and testing channels connected into the analyzer, and thus the analyzing efficiency is extremely increased on the basis that the cost is saved.
