Embodiment Construction

[0024] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and specific embodiment the present invention is described in further detail:

[0025] After the insulation system of the transformer to be tested is DC-applied for 1 second, the polarization that occurs in the medium is mainly "interface polarization", and other polarizations have been attenuated. The initial value measured by the insulation resistance test mainly represents the resistance of the oil layer insulation; the insulation resistance close to the stable value mainly represents the insulation resistance of the paper layer; the intermediate process depends on the time constant of the parallel connection (interface) between the oil layer and the paper layer. Because the insulation resistance is mainly related to the water content of the oil-paper, the water content of the oil-paper insulation can be estimated by measuring the insulation resistance and time curve R(t). Based on this characteristic, the present inventi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for measuring moisture content of a transformer insulation part. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a geometrical model of a transformer insulation system by utilizing insulation structure data of a transformer; testing to obtain a relation curve between the electrical resistivity of a sample of a to-be-measured transformer insulation material and time under multiple conditions of moisture content and temperature; inputting the relation curve into the geometrical model, and calculating to obtain a relation curve RC (t) between the transformer insulation resistance and the time under multiple corresponding conditions of moisture content and temperature by using a dynamic electric field finite element method; measuring to obtain a relation curve Rm (t) between the insulation resistance of a to-be-measured transformer and time by using a traditional insulation resistance meter; and comparing the relation curve RC (t) and the relation curve Rm (t), thereby obtaining a relation curve RC (t) with the highest contact ratio with the relation curve Rm (t), wherein the moisture content which corresponds to the relation curve RC (t) refers to the moisture content of the insulation part of the transformer. According to the invention, the moisture content of the transformer insulation system can be respectively and accurately measured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of detecting the moisture content of oil-paper insulation such as transformers, in particular to a method for measuring the moisture content of an insulation system of a transformer. Background technique [0002] Oil-paper insulation equipment such as transformers in the power grid will accumulate moisture in the insulation due to long-term moisture infiltration or aging and decomposition of oil and paper fibers. Therefore, the detection of the insulation degree (moisture content) of transformers and other equipment is a regular and important task to evaluate the health status of equipment in order to take corresponding countermeasures and ensure the safe operation of the power grid. [0003] Traditionally, an insulation resistance meter (electronic megohmmeter) is widely used to measure the insulation resistance R for 1 minute. 1分钟 and absorption ratio, or 10-minute insulation resistance R 10分钟 And polari...
