The method comprises the following steps: collecting healthy, strong, fatty, relatively large and relatively heavy parent hemifusus tuba gmelin, temporarily rearing the parent hemifusus tuba gmelin in a round net bag and a plastic basket for later egg laying, naturally propagating to obtain egg pods, putting the egg pods into a plastic sieve basket floating in a hatching pond, and hatching for 30-60 days under the condition that the water temperature, the salt content, the pH value and the egg pod density are proper, wherein the hatching process is carried out in a dark place for first 20 days, the hatching pond is directly irradiated by sunlight for 2-3 days, and the hatching pond is kept out of sun, so that the hatching rate can be increased and is about 90% and the death rate of hatched young hemifusus tuba gmelin is reduced; moving the young hemifusus tuba gmelin into a breeding pond with benthic diatoms covering the bottom and walls, and breeding for more than 20 days under the condition that the water temperature, the salt content, the pH value and the egg pod density are proper, shelled sinonovacula constricta meat is fed, water is changed and the pond is overturned, so as to obtain hemifusus tuba gmelin eggs, wherein the breeding rate reaches more than 80%.
