Abstract

The system comprises a control panel, a PLC controller, and a reaction device arranged in a cabinet body, the bottom of the reaction device is connected with a water discharge tube, a water discharge solenoid valve, an aeration tube, an aeration head and an aeration solenoid valve respectively, the upper portion of the reaction device is sequentially connected with a water feeding tube, a water feeding solenoid valve, a water feeding pump, a dosing tube and a dosing pump, one end of the aeration tube is connected with the aeration head, and the other end of the aeration tube is connected with the solenoid valve and the aeration pump. The analysis method adopting the system comprises the following steps: calculating the sludge nitrification activity number by continuously monitoring the ammonia nitrogen value change within a period of time, and carrying out analysis calculating by adopting data analysis software on the basis of a least squares technique and a simulated approaching technique.
