The system comprises a camera module, a first sampling module, a second sampling module, an image recognition module, an attendance degree analyzing module and a table generating module. The system is used through the steps: firstly, acquiring the images of faces of people to be checked in, and judging whether the people are in an eyes closed state or not; secondly, if the people to be checked in are in the eyes closed state, subsequently acquiring the images of the faces of the people to be checked in by enlarging the acquisition frequency and judging when the people to be checked in open eyes so as to obtain the eye closed time of the people to be checked in; finally, counting the eyes closed time, and generating a corresponding concentration attendance table. Through the scheme, the eyes opened state or the eyes closed state of the people to be checked in can be fairly understood, so that the concentration situation in the teaching activities is judged so as to overcome the defect that in the network education activity, the concentration of students cannot be easily judged.
