Abstract

A composite cable type heat fire detector is characterized in that a structure of a temperature sensing cable is as follows: two coating layers made of different materials axially coexist outside a first elastic metal conductor as a cable core, wound with a second elastic metal conductor and then wrapped with an outer extrusion molding sheath layer, and two ends of each of the first elastic metal conductor and the second elastic metal conductor are connected with an electrical signal processing device and a terminal resistor R respectively to form a closed signal acquisition circuit; the electrical signal processing device detects resistance value change between the two elastic metal conductors in real time; if the resistance value is reduced and short circuit happens to the two conductors, short circuit happens after a temperature sensing cable is heated, and the electrical signal processing device sends a constant temperature alarming signal after judgment; when the resistance value between the two elastic metal conductors is not changed and short circuit happens, the electrical signal processing device judges that short circuit doesn't happen to the temperature sensing cable due to heating, and a short circuit fault alarming signal is output.
