According to the circulation air flue box, the air wheel is driven by the motor to rotate at a high speed in an air wheel cavity; generated powerful air flow is distributed to the air flues through flow dividing baffles; the air flues are arranged to be of hook face structures; the air flow forms vortex air flow from top to bottom; the vortex air flow then evenly flows to the periphery of the box body; the air wheel generates the local negative pressure in the air wheel cavity due to high-speed rotation; an air pressure difference is generated between the local negative pressure and nearby air; air in the middle of the box body flows to the air wheel cavity from bottom to top; under influences of the vortex air flow on the periphery, the middle of the box body forms vortex air flow from bottom to top; and circulation air flow inside the box body is jointly formed by the two different kinds of vortex air flow.
