The device comprises a box body, wherein a door is formed in the front side of the box body; a bracket, a temperature acquisition probe, an electronic thermometer, a direct current power supply, an ampere meter, a refrigerating system, a metal positive electrode probe, a metal negative electrode probe and a container with a top opening are fixed in the box body; a display and a power main switch are arranged on the side surface of the box body; the upper end of the metal positive electrode probe, the upper end of the metal negative electrode probe and the upper end of the temperature acquisition probe are connected with the side surface of a cross rod; the temperature acquisition probe is connected with the input end of the electronic thermometer; the metal positive electrode probe is connected with the positive pole of the direct current power supply; the metal negative electrode probe is connected with the negative pole of the direct current power supply by virtue of the ampere meter; and the output end of the ampere meter and the output end of the electronic thermometer are connected with the input end of the display.
