The invention relates to the field of
coating compositions, and particularly discloses an anti-
icing self-cleaning
coating material for a
tower drum of a
wind driven generator as well as a preparation method and application of the anti-
icing self-cleaning
coating material. The anti-
icing self-cleaning coating material comprises a bottom coating material and a
surface coating material, the bottom coating material contains fluorosilane, amino
silane,
ethyl acetate,
butanone, filler,
fluorocarbon resin and an
isocyanate curing agent, the filler comprises alpha-Fe2O3 modified mesoporous SiO2 particles and hydroxylated
boron nitride, and the
surface coating material comprises
fluorine modified SiO2 particles and
acetone. The anti-icing self-cleaning coating material can achieve a good protection effect on the
tower drum of the
wind driven generator, the
water contact angle of the surface of the coating is larger than 155 degrees, the water
rolling angle is smaller than 5 degrees, the
ice adhesion strength is smaller than 30 kPa, the
water contact angle is still larger than 150 degrees after 20 times of freezing and thawing cycles, at the moment, the
tower drum can better adapt to the low-temperature and high-
humidity environment, the coating stripping possibility is low, and the anti-icing self-cleaning coating material can be applied to the
wind driven generator tower drum. And the
corrosion speed of the steel is reduced, so that the normal use
time limit is longer.
