The persistent icing-resistant superhydrophobic coating disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the superhydrophobic coatings prepared on the surfaces of all the substrates have good durability and firmness and persistent icing-resistant property.

The invention relates to a super-hydrophobic anti-ice-coagulation compound asphalt face layer structure and a preparation method thereof. A pavement is composed of an anti-ice-coagulation functional layer, an asphalt face layer structure body and an epoxy bonding layer. The anti-ice-coagulation functional layer is prepared through a hydrophobic material and a modifying agent, and the thickness of the anti-ice-coagulation functional layer ranges from 3 cm to 6 cm. A dispersion medium of the hydrophobic material is a trimethoxypropylsilane deionized water solution, and a dispersion phase is one or two kinds of hydrophobic silicone oil substances of polytetrafluoroethylene and fluoroalkyl silane. The modifying agent is prepared by mixing nano-zinc oxide particles and a penetrating agent. An asphalt face layer is an OGFC pavement, and the thickness of the asphalt face layer is about 30 cm to 40 cm. The anti-ice-coagulation compound asphalt face layer structure is prepared in a layered construction manner, the epoxy bonding layer with the thickness ranging from 4 cm to 7 cm is poured to the body of the asphalt face layer, the anti-ice-coagulation functional layer is then smeared to the surface of the epoxy bonding layer, and therefore the asphalt pavement obtains the relatively good anti-ice-coagulation performance.

A super-hydrophobic surface with a wave structure, applied to freezing prevention, and a preparation method for the same belong to the technical field of surface processing of metal base materials. The method comprises the steps that a base material is selected and the wave structure is processed on the base material through linear cutting and finish machining technologies; the prepared wave structure is preprocessed, and a hydrophobic micron flower-shaped structure is prepared on the surface of the wave structure through wet etching; and modification with a low-surface-energy substance is conducted on the hydrophobic micro flower-shaped structure, so the super-hydrophobic surface with the wave structure is prepared. The super-hydrophobic surface with the wave structure is an asymmetric surface; asymmetric bouncing is generated when drops hit the wave structure; and solid-liquid contact time of asymmetric bouncing is reduced by 40% in comparison with symmetric bouncing generated when the drops hit an equivalent super-hydrophobic plane. The super-hydrophobic surface with the wave structure provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that characteristics of contact between the metal base material and the water drops are improved; the micron flower-shaped structure modified by the substance with low surface energy can also reduce viscous force generated when the water drops slide over the surface and reduce the degree of condensation of the water drops on the base material surface; and a purpose of freezing prevention with high efficiency, high cleanliness and low cost can be realized.
