coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of high-oriented spun
yarn, 10-50 parts of an
organic solvent, 2-10 parts of a liquid
lubricant, 50-100 parts of resin, 10-50 parts of a curing agent, 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent and 1-2 parts of an anti-
settling agent, wherein the highly-oriented spun
yarn is prepared by taking PVDF, PEVE, PAN and the like as raw materials through
solvent dissolution, electrostatic
spinning and 10-100cm stretching treatment, then the highly-oriented spun
yarn is fixed on the surface of resin according to the orientation requirement through a paving process, and the final
coating is obtained through constant-temperature and constant-
humidity curing. According to the invention, the bionic design of the grooves on the surface of the desert beetles is used for reference, and the coating has excellent super-hydrophobic characteristic, ultralow ice
adhesive force and ice sliding angle along the orientation direction, and also has long-acting anti-
corrosion and anti-
fouling performance; the preparation process is simple, operation is convenient, complex equipment such as
laser etching is not needed, and the method is suitable for special-shaped components and complex structural components.
