The apparatus comprises parts of a sample mount, refrigeration units, a water titration unit, a sliding knife, a force sensor and the like. The method for testing the ice adhesion strength comprises the following steps: fixing a test piece to be tested on the sample mount, and refrigerating the test piece to be tested by the bottom refrigeration unit; titrating quantitative water to the surface of the test piece to be tested by a water titration device to allow water to rapidly freeze on the surface of the test piece to be tested when the temperature of the test piece to be tested achieves a preset refrigeration temperature; and parallelly trimming convex ice hulls on the surface of the test piece by the sliding knife with the force sensor, testing maximal force when ice is peeled (or ruptured), and treating the maximal force as the ice adhesion strength for characterizing the surface of a material or a coating. According to the method and the apparatus provided by the invention, the principle and the structure are simple, the operation is simple and convenient, and the tangential adhesion strength between the surface of the material (or the coating) and ice can be actually characterized; and the repetition reliability and the accuracy of tests can be guaranteed because main parameters of the freezing rule, the pattern, the experimental temperature and the like are accurately controlled.

The invention relates to a method and device for ice adhesion strength normal force on a material surface. The testing method comprises the following steps of: vertically pressing an adhesion probe dipped with a certain amount of water onto the refrigerated surface of a sample to be tested, and waiting till a contact surface is iced and becomes adhesive; and vertically pulling the adhesion probe, measuring the maximum force in a stripping process, and converting the contact area of the adhesion probe to a quantitative parameter representing the normal ice adhesion strength of the sample to be tested. The device comprises a frame / sample fixed station, a refrigerating temperature control unit, an adhesion probe, a probe pushing and pulling mechanism, a force transducer, an adhesion probe dipping water vessel and the like. The invention provides preparation methods of a two-component waterborne wear-resisting and low-ice-adhesion anti-icing coating and a coating layer thereof. The two-component waterborne anti-icing coating is composed of a component A containing a core-shell structure polymer emulsion and inorganic nanoparticles and a component B containing a curing agent. An outer layer of the core-shell structure polymer emulsion in the component A of the anti-icing coating is a hydrophilic shell layer, so that polymer emulsion particles can be stably dispersed in water, and the advantages of being green and environmentally friendly are provided. The inorganic nano particles in the component A are rigid particles, can improve the mechanical properties of the anti-icing coating layer, endow the coating layer with excellent wear resistance and prolong the service life of the coating layer. After the coating is cured into a film, the hydrophilic shell layer of the polymer emulsion particles can absorb moisture, and thus a water lubricating layer is formed on the surface of the coating layer; when the coating layer surface is iced, due to the existence of the water lubricating layer, the acting force between ice and the coating layer is decreased, besides, the substrate surface roughness is also reduced, and the contact area between the ice and the substrate is decreased.

The branched chain formed by the single-terminal vinyl polydimethylsiloxane provides a storage space for the oil-lubricating polydimethylsiloxane which does not participated in the reaction; and under a low temperature, the unreacted polydimethylsiloxane migrates to the surface to reduce the ice adhesion strength of the coating. The ice shearing strength of the lubricating organic-silicon anti-icing coating prepared bythe ''one-step method'' can be low to 4.5 kPa. The coating provided by the invention has the advantages of easily available materials, simple and convenient preparation method and controllable condition, and has a great application prospect in solving the problem of preventing ice coverage on the surfaces of infrastructures.
