Abstract

The invention provides an anti-icing paint which consists of inorganic nanoparticles and water-based resin, wherein the inorganic nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed in the water-based resin and then coated on a substrate to form a film, and after the film is solidified, the anti-icing paint is obtained. Due to use of the water-based resin, the anti-icing paint is environment-friendly; and due to the existence of ions obtained by ionization of hydrophilic groups, such as carboxyl, and restricted water on the macromolecule surface, a non-icing water film is formed on the surface of the anti-icing paint, so that a lubricating layer is introduced between ice and the anti-icing coating, and therefore the adhesion strength between the surface of the substrate and the ice is greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the mechanical strength of the coating can be enhanced due to addition of the rigid inorganic nanoparticles, the coating is endowed with excellent wear resistance and the service life of the coating is prolonged.
