At present, emulsification and emulsified modified asphalt applied to surfacing is hard to produce and not stable in quality, high temperature performance improvement is not obvious. The raw materials of the invention are matrix asphalt, water, SBS asphalt modifier, compound asphalt emulsifier, emulsification stabilizer and hydrochloric acid; firstly the matrix asphalt is heated, added with SBS asphalt modifier and then stirred to be swelled, high speed grinding by colloid grinder and full dispersion are carried out, and heat preservation growth is carried out to obtain SBS modified asphalt; compound asphalt emulsifier is added into water, emulsification stabilizer smoothened by water in advance is added, and appropriate hydrochloric acid is added to adjust pH value, so as to obtain liquid soap; and finally the SBS modified asphalt is subject to temperature reduction and then mixed with the liquid soap and emulsification dispersion is carried out, thus obtaining emulsified SBS polymer modified asphalt. According to the method, additional curves of the test results are monitored in real time, the obtained output results are compared to judge whether multiple performance indexes of the mixture to be predicted meet the standard requirements, unnecessary relative-property indoor tests are reduced, and test basis is provided for optimal design of the mix proportion of the asphalt mixture.

The prepared waterborne polyurethane emulsified asphalt concrete not only has the advantages of cold-mixed asphaltic concrete, but also has excellent mechanical properties and stability; the waterborne polyurethane emulsified asphalt concrete is excellent in pavement performance, and can be used for greatly prolonging the service life of pavements; and the maintenance time is short, and the traffic can be implemented in 1-3 days, therefore, the waterborne polyurethane emulsified asphalt concrete can be applied to the preparation of asphalt concrete paving materials, asphalt pavement repair materials, slurry seals for maintenance and asphalt mortar for micro-surfacing and high-speed railways.

The epoxy resin emulsified asphalt mortar coating has the advantages that the viscosity is low and the permeability is good; the ductility and the flexibility as well as the fatigue resistant strength of a condensate are great; and a coating formed after curing does not dissolve or stick the tire; the compression resistance, the water leakage prevention capability and the wear resistance of the road surface are improved, the friction coefficient of the road surface is increased, and the capabilities of noise reduction, heat insulation and frost crack prevention of the road surface are enhanced.

The method includes the steps that various performance indexes of RAP materials, matrix asphalt, aggregates and mineral powder are tested; hot mixing regenerated asphalt mixtures and specimens are prepared according to a current regeneration norm; the dynamicmodulus of each specimen is tested and a principal curve of the actually measured dynamic moduli is drawn; asphalt mortars with different degrees of miscibility of the old and new asphalt are preparedby adding different addition amounts of old asphalt and regenerating agents into the matrix asphalt; DSR tests are carried out on the different asphalt mortars to measure composite moduli and phase angles of the asphalt mortars; the dynamic moduli of the mixtures with different asphalt mortar states is predicted and the predicted principal curve of the dynamic moduli is drawn; and the degrees ofmiscibility of the old and new asphalt in regenerated mixtures are characterized. According to the method for characterizing the degrees of miscibility of the old and new asphalt based on the dynamicmoduli of the mixtures, the method of performance indirect testing with the greatest controllability is selected for research, influences of mixing factors, human errors and mineral aggregate gradation are eliminated as far as possible, and the test precision is improved.
