The infrared radiation material has the advantages of high high-temperature stability and high emissivity. The invention also provides high-temperature infrared coating produced by using the infrared radiation material. The high-temperature infrared coating comprises the following components in part by mass: 67 to 73 parts of acidic silicon sol, 0.005 to 0.02 part of ammonium polyacrylate and 28 to 32 parts of mixed powder, wherein the mixed powder comprises the following components in part by mass: 48 to 52 parts of fused quartz, 32 to 37 parts of cordierite, 1 to 3 parts of boron nitride and 10 to 14 parts of the infrared radiation material. The high-temperature infrared coating has high adhesive property, high surface drying speed, low-temperature sintering property and high temperature resistance. The invention further provides a production process of the infrared radiation material and a production process of the high-temperature infrared coating. The production processes are easy and convenient in operation.

The invention relates to the technical field of metal-based composite material preparation and provides a preparation method of a self-propagating synthesis TiB2 particle-reinforced copper-based surface composite material and a composite copper casting. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing metal powder such as B2O3 powder, Ti powder, Al powder and Cu powder by a vacuum lost foam casting process and an SHS (Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis) technology, adding a bonding agent for preparing into SHS powder paste, applying the SHS powder paste onto the work surface of the casting, producing a self-propagating synthesis reaction due to a high temperature of a copper metal solution in a pouring process to generate a TiB2 particle hard phase, and finally obtaining the surface self-propagating synthesis TiB2 particle-reinforced copper-based surface composite casting. The composite copper casting has the advantages that the compactness of a particle-reinforced alloy layer of the composite copper casting is high, and the composite copper casting is metallurgically bonded with a basic body and is high in strength, good in heat conductivity and high-temperature frictional wear resistance and suitable for various wear-resistant copper alloy parts working in high-temperature wear-resistant work conditions.

The invention relates to a small and medium-sized steel bridge deck pavement system, which is characterized in that: the pavement system is provided with a waterproof layer, a bonding layer, a waterproof modified asphalt sand layer, a hot spray SBS modified asphalt layer and a high viscosity modified asphalt layer respectively from the bottom up. The waterproof layer involved in the invention adopts a modified epoxy resin waterproof layer, and blocks corrosion of the steel bridge deck. The bonding layer adopts bonding particles and gravel, improves the adhesion between asphalt sand and the waterproof layer, and the asphalt sand mixture has the flexibility of a poured asphalt mixture, however the high temperature stability of the asphalt sand mixture is greatly improved compared to the poured asphalt mixture. The high viscosity modified asphalt layer serves as a slip resistant surface layer and endows the system with good high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and stress relaxation ability. The pavement layer has low requirements for construction environment conditions, does not need special construction equipment and has no harsh technological requirements. Generally, the pavement system has the advantages of good high temperature stability, strong anti-rutting ability, strong crack resistance, good water tightness, no water seepage, and good deformation compliance. The construction technology is mature, the construction period is short, the pavement system can be immediately opened to traffic, and the engineering cost is low.
