The construction process comprises the following steps that S1, a concrete base layer is cleared; S2, gaps are filled, and local putty applying is conducted, specifically, the local gaps and the bumpy positions are leveled through putty, after being dried, the local putty is flat ground through abrasive paper, and floating dust is removed completely; S3, full putty applying is conducted, specifically, after being dried, fully-applied putty is flat ground through abrasive paper, and floating dust is removed completely; S4, priming paint sealing is conducted; S5, putty repairing is conducted, specifically, after priming paint is dried, the putty is repaired, after being dried, the repaired putty is flat ground throughabrasive paper, and floating dust is removed completely; and S6, finish paint is brushed, wherein the putty is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 180-220 parts ofwhite cement, 288-302 parts of coarse whiting powder, 235-262 parts of hollow glass micro-beads, 64-78 parts of carbon fiber, 5-8 parts of asbestos fiber, 32-46 parts of polyamide fiber, 14-23 parts of a coupling agent, 1-2 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 15-22 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. A constructed inner wall has good thermal insulation and noise reduction performance, and a latexpaint film is good in adhesion performance.
