The invention discloses a spatial six-degree-of-freedom vibration measuring and damping vibration attenuating method. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) erecting six-displacement-sensor parallel measuring and damping vibration attenuating mechanism; 2) fixing a detected motion object and a fixed platform; 3) obtaining a motion variation rule by using an expansion variation displacement time of an expansion pull rod, and obtaining a vibration rule of the detected motion object by using a measurement algorithm with a positive solution; 4) obtaining a damping value of a six-degree-of-freedom controllable damper required by the vibration by using a damping vibration attenuating algorithm; and 5) adjusting the damping value of the six-degree-of-freedom controllable damper to a value obtained by the damping vibration attenuating algorithm. According to the invention, six-degree-of-freedom measurements of three vibration displacements and three vibration angles of the motion object at the same measurement point are achieved by using one set of mechanism; meanwhile, the vibration control of the motion object can be achieved; and the spatial six-degree-of-freedom vibration measuring and damping vibration attenuating method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high accuracy, simple structure, good flexibility, strong adaptability, wide application range and the like.

Method for producing high-strength high damping concrete

The invention relates to a preparation method of concrete with high strength and high damp. The invention is characterized in that the preparation method includes the following steps: firstly, the pretreatment of the light aggregate: (1) the feeding and vibration reduction treatment of the light aggregate: the light aggregate adsorbs the polymer to obtain feeding and vibration reduction treatment light aggregate; (2) sealing and reinforcing treatment on the surface of the feeding and vibration reduction treatment light aggregate: the feeding and vibration reduction treatment light aggregate obtained at the first step is put into sealing and reinforcing treatment slurry to mix for 1 to 3 minutes, then being fished out, and then conserved for 3 days in the condition of 85 percent to 95 percent of relative humidity and the temperature of 23 DEG C to 27 DEG C, wherein, pretreatment light aggregate is obtained; secondly, preparation for the concrete with high strength and high toughness: the concrete with high strength and high toughness is formed by evenly mixing water, common coarse aggregate, the pretreatment light aggregate, cement, fine aggregate, mineral addition, fibre, emulsified polymer and high efficiency water reducing agent. The invention can effectively increase the strength and the damp performance of the concrete.

Preparation of composite type light high-strength nickel-titanium memory alloy-based high damping material

The invention discloses a preparation method of a compound type light-weight high-intensity nickel-titanium memorial alloy base high damping material. In the method, a powder sintering method is mainly used as a foundation and a pressureless infiltration technology is used as assistance; a pore-creating technology is firstly adopted; and a unit metal powder cascade sintering method is used for preparing a porous nickel-titanium alloy the holes of which are uniformly distributed; and then the pressureless infiltration technology is adopted for inducing the pure magnesium or magnesium alloy phase with high intrinsic damping, low density and micron scale into the porous nickel-titanium alloy, thereby preparing the high-damping magnesium(or magnesium alloy)/nickel-titanium memorial alloy base compound material the damping control phase of which is magnesium or the magnesium alloy. The compound nickel-titanium memorial alloy prepared by the invention still has the shape memory effect and the superelasticity action as well as has weight lighter than that of the compact nickel-titanium memorial alloy and intensity and damping capacity more excellent than that of the common porous nickel-titanium memorial alloy. The preparation method has good technical suitability, simple preparation process and low cost, and can be used for manufacturing the light-weight high-intensity compound damping materials, damping structures and apparatuses.
