The memory-chip data acquiring device is characterized by comprising an eMMC (embedded multi- media card) chip clamping holder, an eMCP (embedded master control program) chip clamping holder, a memory-controller chip and a level selection switch, wherein the eMMC chip clamping holder and the eMCP chip clamping holder respectively establish signal connection with the memory-controller chip through two independent data buses, the memory-controller chip is provided with a USB (universal serial bus) main machine interface, and the level selection switch is connected with the eMMC chip clamping holder and the eMCP chip clamping holder. The memory-chip data acquiring device disclosed by the invention has the benefits that when the memory-chip data acquiring device disclosed by the invention is used, a memory chip in a mobile phone needs to be separated from a main board, and therefore, the use of the memory chip is not influenced by the damages of a display screen, a cell and a communication interface of the mobile phone; the device disclosed by the invention is provided with the eMMC chip clamping holder and the eMCP chip clamping holder in two different interface manners, and therefore, the device can satisfy the reading requirements for more than 99% of memory chips on the current mobile phone market; the device disclosed by the invention is provided with two independent data buses for supporting the simultaneous data analysis of memory chips, of two different specifications, of the mobile phone, so that the data reading efficiency is high.
