no. 1 example

[0052] In the first embodiment, the method for extracting pulse wave time points includes:

[0053] Step 101, detecting each pulse wave signal;

[0054] Preferably, the detection of each pulse wave signal includes:

[0055] Processing the original digital signal of the pulse wave signal through a differential filter to obtain a signal amplitude change information sequence;

[0056] performing a point-by-point square nonlinear transformation on the signal amplitude change information sequence, amplifying the output of the difference filter, and obtaining a new signal amplitude change information sequence;

[0057]After filtering the new signal amplitude change information sequence through an integer coefficient low-pass filter, an automatically updated threshold sequence is obtained;

[0058] Integrating the automatically updated threshold sequence with a moving window with a window width of 450;

[0059] Process the sequence obtained after the integration with the integer c...

Abstract

An embodiment of the invention discloses a punctuating method and device in pulse wave extraction. The punctuating method includes the steps: detecting each pulse wave signal; filtering high-frequency noise and low-frequency noise of the pulse wave signals, and smoothly filtering the filtered pulse wave signals; acquiring an optimal punctuation of the pulse wave according to a centroid formula and the smoothly filtered pulse wave signals. Low-frequency interference such as baseline drift and breathing ups and downs and interference caused by the high-frequency noise are decreased, and more accurate pulse wave transmission time is computed.

Description

technical field [0001] Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of biomedical signal processing, and in particular to a method and device for extracting pulse wave time points. Background technique [0002] The velocity of pulse waves is a traditional measure of arterial stiffness. Increased arteriosclerosis increases the risk of cardiovascular disease. In a study of a large healthy population, volunteers with increased pulse wave velocity had a 2.45 times higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease than normal people in the next 4.1 years, indicating that increased levels of pulse wave velocity will increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. Relative risk of vascular disease. Studies have shown that a 48% increased risk of cardiovascular disease is associated with higher pulse wave velocity. Cardiovascular diseases need to be prevented at an early stage. Considering the independent predictive effect of pulse wave velocity, estimating puls...
