Problems solved by technology

[0003] This inspection is carried out before conventional cochlear implantation in foreign countries, but the domestic technology is blocked. For this reason, we first successfully developed an auditory evoked potential detection device in China, which can evaluate the auditory pathway before cochlear implantation and predict the outcome after surgery. Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, so that those skilled in the art can implement it with reference to the description.

[0026] The auditory evoked potential detection device of the present invention includes a signal output device for outputting electrical signals; the signal output device is, for example, a computer.

[0027] A first encoder for receiving the electrical signal and encoding it, the first encoder filters the electrical signal, amplifies and encodes it into a digitized output signal and outputs it. The first encoder is connected to the computer through a usb interface, for example.

[0028] a first coil for receiving the output signal of the first encoder and transmitting the signal;

[0029] A second coil that is coupled with the first coil in a non-contact inductive manner to receive a signal from the first coil; the second coil is, for example, fixed on a bracket, and the br...

Abstract

The invention provides an auditory-evoked potential testing device which comprises a signal output device, a first encoder, a first coil, a second coil, a second encoder and an electrode group. The signal output device is used for outputting electric signals; the first encoder is used for receiving and encoding the electric signals; the first coil is used for receiving and transmitting output signals of the first encoder; the second coil is coupled with the first coil in a non-contact induction mode so as to receive signals of the first coil; the second encoder is connected with the second coil so as to receive output signals of the second coil; the electrode group is connected with the second encoder so as to receive output signals of the second encoder and comprises a stimulation positive electrode, a stimulation negative electrode and a ground wire electrode, and current circuits can be formed by electric pulses emitted by the electrode group; target positions can be electrically stimulated, and the tail end of the integrally elongated stimulation positive electrode is expanded to form a sphere for a spherical electrode arranged in a cochlea. The auditory-evoked potential testing device has the advantages that conditions of auditory pathways of patients can be judged by the aid of the auditory-evoked potential testing device before surgery is carried out, and accordingly surgical risks and the surgical cost can be reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to medical devices, and more particularly to an auditory evoked potential detection device for preoperative examination of auditory pathways. Background technique [0002] According to my country's second national sample survey of disabled persons, there are 23,000 new deaf children in the country every year, and more than 10,000 deaf children meet the indications for cochlear implant surgery. Cochlear implantation is the most effective method for the treatment of severe neurological deafness, and the normal function of the auditory pathway is the basic condition for the success of cochlear implantation. In the current technology, follow-up testing is often carried out on whether the cochlear can work normally after the implantation operation. Therefore, when the patient's auditory pathway function is lost, the cochlear can not work normally, which will cause surgical trauma and economic losses to the patient. . At the s...
