The sloping plate device comprises a measuring unit, a sloping plate, a power unit and an automatic control unit, wherein the measuring unit is arranged in the rainwater storage tank and used for measuring the average particle size, the volume concentration and the mass concentration of the suspended particles in initial rainwater stored in the rainwater storage tank; the sloping plate is arranged in the rainwater storage tank, can rotate around the horizontal axis to adjust the inclination angle and is used for improving the sedimentation and removal efficiency of the suspended particles in the initial rainwater; the power unit is connected with the sloping plate and used for driving the sloping plate to rotate; the automatic control unit is connected with the power unit and the measuring unit and used for adjusting the inclination angle of the sloping plate through the power unit according to the measuring result of the measuring unit.
