Problems solved by technology

This type of inspection and assessment has significant limitations: first, the workload and cost of inspection are large, and second, some parts of the structure cannot be inspected if people or testing instruments cannot reach them; traditional inspection methods can only detect damage on or near the surface of the structure Generally speaking, it is difficult to obtain comprehensive information on the structure, and the accuracy of the inspection results often depends on the engineering experience and subjective judgment of the inspectors, and it is difficult to make a systematic assessment of the safety reserve and degradation degree of the structure
[0004] The problem existing in the current existing technology is that it cannot be accurately detected, the evaluation data is relatively rough, and the damage of the structure cannot be accurately characterized, let alone accurately quantitatively detected.

Embodiment Construction

[0040] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0041] In the following, the method of the present invention is verified through the measured data of two reinforced concrete simply supported beams and the measured data of a shaking table test, and the damage degree is evaluated by using the obtained SVI index value.

[0042] 1. Data analysis of simply supported beam test

[0043] First, a simple analysis of the test data of two reinforced concrete simply supported beams in the Key Laboratory of Structural Engineering and Vibration of the Ministry of Education of Tsinghua University was conducted to verify the preliminary characteristics of the improved direct stiffness method for damage identification. The span of the reinforced concrete beam is 7m, the section size is 250mm×500mm, and the testing points are arranged as follows: figure 1As shown, the test beam 1 is loaded symmetr...

Abstract

The invention discloses a building damage evaluation method based on a simplified cantilever beam. The building damage evaluation method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) vertically and uniformly distributing 5 or more than 5 sensors at the position of a framework structure floor, wherein the vertical connection line of the sensors must be perpendicular to building floor level; (2) actually detecting sensor signals when working conditions occur; inputting actually-detected data collected by the sensors to a computer system for being processed; (3) carrying out frequency response function analysis on the actually-detected data by a computer system to obtain power parameters of a certain order frequency, a corresponding modal and the like of the structure; (4) simplifying an actual measurement structure model into a cantilever beam model by the computer system; (5) taking the power parameter data as the basis and inputting the power parameter data into the cantilever beam model to obtain bending rigidity of each unit of the structure; and (6) carrying out evaluation on structure damages by using the structure unit bending rigidity obtained in the step (5) to obtain a detection identification conclusion. The building damage evaluation method has the advantages of simplicity in operation, strong operability and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a frame structure quality assessment method in a building, in particular to a building damage assessment method based on simplified cantilever beams. Background technique [0002] With the frequent occurrence of engineering safety accidents in housing construction, highway traffic, bridges, etc., people pay more and more attention to the quality of engineering. There are often certain damages or defects on the surface in engineering structures, such as cracks in beams and slabs, cracks in wall skins, and overfired concrete after fires. In the presence of various factors such as defects, material aging and long-term effects of load, fatigue effects and mutation effects, the structure is often damaged to varying degrees after a long period of time or after being subjected to a certain natural disaster, or due to structural damage. Diseases cause performance changes, leading to sudden accidents or building collapses. Such dangers...
