The system comprises a sequence component decomposition module and a three-phase PQ grid-connected control module. The sequence component decomposition module converts three-phase voltage on a public supply network side to positive-sequence components. According to the received positive-sequence components of the three-phase voltage on the public supply network side, and an input active power set value, a reactive power set value, and a grid-connected current measured value, the three-phase PQ grid-connected control module firstly generates a grid-connected current reference value, and then calculates the difference value of the grid-connected current reference value and the grid-connected current measured value, and finally, the difference value is sent to a PWM signal generator through a PID controller, so as to generate a PWM signal used to control a photovoltaic power generation system. Comprehensive properties of the system are obviously improved than that of an existing strategy, a photovoltaic power generation system can output in preset power is realized.
