Problems solved by technology

At present, fluorescent materials with fast and reversible monitoring of humidity changes are rarely reported.
At the same time, in order to meet the realization of future humidity fluorescent devices and sensing functions, it is still a challenge to prepare humidity-sensitive fluorescent thin film materials through facile and effective methods.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a fluorescent response thin-film material having the humidity sensitive characteristics and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, 4-(4-(dimethylamino) styryl) pyridine and polyvinylpyrrolidone polymer are compounded through the electrostatic spinning method to obtain a novel fluorescent thin-film material. The single 4-(4-(dimethylamino) styryl) pyridine does not have the humidity-sensitive fluorescent color-changing feature alone. Through adding the polymer having the dispersing effect, the spatial arrangement manner and the intermolecular interaction of 4-(4-(dimethylamino) styryl) pyridine organic molecules are changed. In this way, the fluorescent properties of the 4-(4-(dimethylamino) styryl) pyridine and polymer composite film is quickly changed according to different relative humidities of the environment. The above composite material fully utilizes the electrostatic spinning technique, and a thin film of high dispersibility and high specific surface can be prepared. Therefore, the invention provides a novel approach for the design and the manufacture of humidity-sensitive fluorescent sensors excellent in optical properties, and hygrometers short in response time and high in accuracy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of optical sensing materials, and in particular provides a fluorescent responsive film material with humidity sensitive properties and a preparation method thereof. It provides a new design idea and feasible scheme for the preparation of new fluorescent sensing thin film materials. Background technique [0002] Humidity is an important external factor in the human living environment, and relative humidity usually indicates the percentage of moisture contained in the air. Efficient and rapid monitoring of humidity is of great significance to many fields such as environmental protection, meteorology, aviation, food, light industry, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. Currently, common humidity sensors (such as hygrometers) are based on the electronic principle of semiconductor components. Changes in the external humidity lead to changes in the electrical characteristics of semiconductor components (such as resis...
