Abstract

The invention discloses a control device for an electric steam generator. The control device comprises a central controller, a digital display, a water level sensor, a temperature sensor, a pressure switch, water supplementing control, heating control and a safety protection system. The water level sensor and the temperature sensor are installed in a boiler, and water level and temperature signals in the boiler are collected respectively. The central controller controls a water supplementing and heating system to work. The safety protection system is composed of a pressure switch, a pressure release valve, a warner and a central controller safety control module. The central controller can set a steam temperature range and control a heater to be on or off, and accordingly the generation of constant-temperature steam is automatically controlled. When the temperature is higher than a set warning temperature, the central controller performs control to stop heating and give an alarm. When a safety switch set value is exceeded, the heater is further disconnected; and when a safety valve set threshold is exceeded, pressure starts to be released. The digital display displays steam temperature and pressure.
