The application relates to the current monitoring technical field and discloses a stable shunt and a sampling device, the stable shunt comprising: a resistor body used as a main passage of a current to be measured; a composite plate used for connecting an external circuit, the composite plate being oppositely arranged on the two sides of the resistor body, and the same composite plate comprising a first metal plate and a second metal plate which are connected in a composite mode; and a sampling structure used for collecting a differential pressure signal, the sampling structure being oppositely connected to the resistor body; wherein the sampling structure comprises a sampling body which is integrally connected to the side edge of the resistor body and close to the second metal plate, and the sampling body protrudes from the resistor body in a direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the resistor body. The application improves the stability of the shunt.
