Abstract

A light-emitting nock device includes a nock body, a nock activation collar, a nock shell, and a light-emitting diode-battery assembly. The nock body includes a plurality of first teeth in a radial array and a plurality of gaps defined between the plurality of first teeth. A nock activation collar is positioned adjacent the plurality of first teeth. The nock activation collar includes a radially array of second teeth projecting longitudinally outwardly toward the first plurality of teeth. The plurality of second teeth are configured to interleave with the plurality of first teeth in a first rotational position when the plurality of second teeth are rotationally aligned with the gap between the plurality of first teeth. The second plurality of teeth are configured to abut the first plurality of teeth in a second rotational position when the second plurality of teeth are rotationally aligned with the first plurality of teeth.
