Abstract

The invention provides a maintenance operation device of an elevator. The maintenance operation device of the elevator can perform wireless connection with elevator equipment needing to be operated, maintenance workers do not need special operation or a hand-held device. The maintenance operation device related by the invention is provided with an instruction signal communication part capable of performing wireless communication with a control signal communication part of a control device of the elevator, a processing part, a display part and an operation part. The display part displays an elevator sending a connection response signal received by the instruction signal communication part, and the operation part selects out one of the elevators displayed in the display part and performs arrival floor setting processing so that a car of the selected elevator arrives at a specified floor. The processing part enables the instruction signal communication part to send a signal that enabling the elevator selected by the operation part to arrive at the arrival floor set by the operation part. After the car arrives, a condition that a state is set as maintenance operation is detected, and then the instruction signal communication part performs processing of sending a maintenance operation driving instruction.
