The invention discloses an identification method for hybrid species of paramisgurnus dabryanus and misgurnus anguillicaudatus. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out mutual interspecies amplification by virtue of two types of microsatellite markers of the paramisgurnus dabryanus and the misgurnus anguillicaudatus to find out specific markers of the paramisgurnus dabryanus and the misgurnus anguillicaudatus; (2) respectively carrying out PCR amplification on the three markers in the step (1) by taking the DNA of the misgurnus anguillicaudatus to be identified as a template so as to obtain three types of PCR amplification products; and (3) respectively carrying out gel electrophoresis analysis on the three types of PCR amplification products, and when an electrophoretogram of the PCR amplification products shows that a tested sample has three belts marked by Pda71, Mac287 and Mac375, determining the tested sample as a hybrid species misgurnus anguillicaudatus.
