Abstract

The invention provides an MEMS-micromachined planar coil-based wireless charging device and a preparation method thereof. The wireless charging device comprises a base bottom box, a base top box, a receiving coil and a transmitting coil, wherein the transmitting coil is arranged in the base bottom box and is connected with a rectifier circuit, a detection circuit, a control circuit and a drive circuit in the base bottom box; the receiving coil is arranged in the base top box and is connected with the rectifier circuit and a converter in the base top box; the receiving coil and the transmitting coil are hollow planar coils; the receiving coil is arranged in the transmitting coil; and the transmitting coil and the receiving coil are prepared by an MEMS micromachining technology. By an interpolation structure, accurate positioning can be achieved; the wireless charging efficiency is effectively improved; the loss is reduced; the radiating area is reduced; meanwhile, the wireless charging device can prevent water and withstand external mechanical collision; and charging is relatively safe and reliable.
