Abstract

The invention discloses a variable tooth thickness gear test bench. The test bench comprises a base plate. The base plate is provided with two opposite input shaft bearing seats, two bearing seat supports and two adjusting supports facing to each other, wherein the bearing seat supports are parallel to the input shaft bearing seats; and the adjusting supports are located on an axial outer side of the bearing seat supports. An adjusting shaft intermediate section screw is cooperated with a screwed hole on an adjusting support side wall support and passes through the screwed hole. One end of an adjusting shaft, which is extended out of each adjusting support, is connected to an adjusting handle through a connection pin. A front end screw of the adjusting shaft, which is located in an inner side of each adjusting support, is cooperatively connected with the screwed hole of a sliding inclined block. A top of each bearing seat support and a bottom of a mobile bearing seat is connected in a combination mode through a dovetail groove. A wedge inclination block is clamped between the sliding inclined block and the mobile bearing seat. In the invention, an included angle of a variable tooth thickness gear shaft, a distance between the shafts and a gear axial distance can be adjusted slightly, and the test bench is used to research influences of a parallelism error, an axial spacing deviation and different axial distances on meshing performance and transmission precision of a variable tooth thickness gear pair.
