Abstract

The invention discloses a mini infrared imaging spectrometer which comprises a slit scanning infrared spectral imaging system and an electrical assembly. The slit scanning infrared spectral imaging system comprises a prepositioned optical system, a slit, a spectral dispersion system, a digital microlens array and a spectrum reconstruction system. The electrical assembly comprises an infrared detector, a microlens coding and decoding system, a slit motion control system and an image processing system. An imaging method of the spectrometer is also disclosed. According to the invention, the compact prepositioned optical system realizes focusing of infrared radiation energy of an object scene; an accurate slit scanning technology is used to scan the view field of each line of the scene, so that imaging is carried out via one narrowband in the scene each time; a spectral scattering system, the digital microlens array, the spectrum reconstruction system and the infrared detector are used to realize spectral imaging of the line view field; and the resolution is high, the structure is compact, the reliability is high, the cost is relatively low and the application range is wide.
