The intelligent auxiliary system comprises the components of a three-fluid spraying dust suppression system which mixes an agent with a dust suppression function and water for obtaining a soup mixture, crushes the soup mixture for obtaining spray particles by means of gas and sprays out the spray particles through a nozzle; a coal conveying belt fire early-warning system which acquires a thermal infrared image of the coal conveying belt in real time, wherein the thermal infrared image is acquired by a thermal infrared image acquisition device, calculates a temperature value in the thermal infrared image, and generates an early-warning signal on the condition that the temperature value in the thermal infrared image exceeds a preset threshold; a factory-grade central control system which receives data of the three-fluid spraying dust suppression system and the coal conveying belt fire early-warning system, and performs central control on the three-fluid spraying dust suppression system and the coal conveying belt fire early-warning system; and a cloud data monitoring system which receives data of the factory-grade central control system and performs cloud storage data analysis. The system of the invention realizes central control and facilitates management on each auxiliary sub-system of the thermal power plant.
