[0128] Parkinson's disease (PD) was induced in mice by intrastriatal injection of 2.7 μg rotenone by stereotaxic surgery of the brain. Epidemiological studies have previously shown that exposure to this pesticide induces Parkinson's disease (PD). Rotating rod pedal spinners consist of a plastic rod with a non-slip surface on a base (walking board).
