Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of polyurethane and particularly relates to a degradable polyurethane wood-imitated material for thermal insulation of a beehive and a preparation method of the degradable polyurethane wood-imitated material. The material is prepared from a component A and a component B in a weight ratio of 1 to 1.1, wherein the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of polyether polyol A, 25-30 parts of polyether polyol B, 25-30 parts of polyether polyol C, 2.0-3.0 parts of a foam stabilizer, 0.6-1.0 part of a chemical foaming agent and 1.2-4.5 parts of a catalyst; and the component B is polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing polyether polyol, the foam stabilizer, the chemical foaming agent and the catalyst to prepare the component A, and mixing the component A with the component B, so as to obtain the degradable polyurethane wood-imitated material. According to the preparation method, degradable biology-base polyol and high-functionality polypropylene oxide polyol are taken as the main raw materials, and meanwhile, water is taken as a foamer, so that the degradable polyurethane wood-imitated material has the characteristics of high rigidity, good dimensional stability and degradability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of polyurethane, and in particular relates to a degradable polyurethane imitation wood material used for heat preservation of beehives and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the gradual improvement of people's living standards, people's demand for wood has also increased, resulting in excessive exploitation of forest resources, resulting in deterioration of the ecological environment and serious soil erosion. Therefore, research and development of imitation wood materials has become a A new field of technology. Polyurethane imitation wood material has high rigidity and mechanical strength, simple production process and beautiful appearance of the product, which can perfectly replace wood. [0003] In 1851, Americans were the first to invent the live-frame bee breeding technology and the use of wooden boards to manufacture standard beehives. After that, bee bree...
