Electrically-operated and hand-operating mechanisms are mounted at the rear end of the frame. When the car carrying board translationally moves to the road surface, the extension plate can be unfolded to be parallel with a step on the road surface, such that a car gets on and down the car carrying board conveniently; and hand operation can be used instead in case of power failure of faults.
