Abstract

The invention discloses a method for increasing added values of raw materials of schizochytrium sp. solid-state fermented feed. The method comprises the following steps: (1) fetching a schizochytrium sp. seed solution, uniformly mixing with a nutrient solution according to a ratio of 1:10-1:20 (v/v), and adjusting the pH to 6.0-7.0 to obtain mixed liquid; (2) fetching a solid substrate material, adding into the mixed liquid obtained in following step (1) according to a material-liquid ratio of 1:0.5-1:2 (w/v), uniformly mixing, standing and fermenting for 48-72h at 25-35 DEG C, wherein the solid substrate material is a mixture of starch and a protein. The invention further provides a fermented product prepared with the method and application thereof. With the method, the high-DHA content fermented product can be prepared; the method has simple process steps, low energy consumption, low cost and excellent industrial application prospect.
