Abstract

The invention discloses a 220KV current transformer electricity-using overcurrent protection circuit which comprises a rectifier bridge. A TVS (transient voltage suppressor) is arranged between a signal connect-in end of the rectifier bridge and an electricity-using coil and used for absorbing quick-ascending voltage signals generated when the coil is saturated, an air discharging tube and an NMOS (n-channel metal oxide semiconductor) tube are sequentially arranged between the rectifier bridge and the electricity-using circuit, and the air discharging tube is used for releasing steady-state overhigh voltage signals; a signal output end of the rectifier bridge is electrically connected with a drain electrode and a source electrode of the NMOS tube respectively, a grid electrode of the NMOS tube is connected with one end of the electricity-using circuit through a second voltage-regulator tube, and the other end of the electricity-using circuit is connected with the grid electrode of the NMOS tube through a first voltage-regulator tube. The protection circuit does not act in a rated current mode; the protection circuit is started autonomously when a primary side has overcurrent, so that a key NMOS tube circuit, a key rectifier circuit and a voltage-regulator tube circuit are ensured to be free of overcurrent, and the protection circuit is high in starting speed and large in discharging current.
