The preparation method includes: adding water into a glass container, adding glycol ether, and stirring for dissolving; sequentially adding methyl ethyl ketone, sodium hydrogen carbonate and water glass respectively, and stirring for dissolving; adding magnesium aluminum silicate to obtain the environment-friendly water-soluble alkaline paint remover.
