A multifunctional city road sanitary vehicle consists of a front vehicle body and a back vehicle body. The front vehicle body comprises a cleaning mechanism, a walking mechanism, a garbage collecting mechanism, and a dedusting system; and the back vehicle body comprises a seat and a manpower walking mechanism. The cleaning mechanism is a four-bar linkage that is articulated with the anterior vehicle body; the four-bar linkage is provided with an electric motor in the middle part of a beam; the beam has rotary bodies with brushes in two ends; and the rotatable bodies are driven by the electric motor. The walking mechanism comprises a motor and a chain wheel in a motor output axle, and a chain is connected with a large chain wheel in a front wheel axle. The garbage collecting mechanism is a collecting main brush and a brush typed rotary thrower driven by the motor, and throws garbage into a garbage can through an arc cover. The dedusting system comprises that: the garbage can is provided with an air purifying separator with a high voltage induced draft fan in an upper part; a separator inlet is communicated with a dust sucking harrow that is in the right frontal lower part of the front vehicle body; and the induced draft fan outlet is also connected with the sucking harrow. The seat and the manpower walking mechanism comprise a cantilever vehicle frame that is provided with a manpower pedal and a wheel, and the vehicle frame front end is articulated with the front body.
