Problems solved by technology

[0008] Aiming at the problem that the existing active frequency selective surface has different response effects to different polarization modes, the present invention proposes an active frequency selective surface structure whose frequency response characteristics can be adjusted between horizontally polarized electromagnetic waves and vertically polarized electromagnetic waves. It is consistent under the incident, and the feeding method is simple, easy to process, and the thickness is small, which can achieve the purpose of improving the polarization stability of the frequency selective surface radome

Embodiment Construction

[0036] The specific implementation manner of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.

[0037] like Figure 1~Figure 5 As shown, a polarization-stable active frequency selective surface structure provided by the present invention includes: a dielectric substrate 1, which is provided with a layer of metal zigzag line structure along the horizontal surface, and a layer of metal zigzag line structure along the vertical direction The surface of the orientation layout.

[0038] The dielectric substrate 1 may be an F4B-2 substrate with a dielectric constant of 2.65.

[0039] The dielectric substrate 1 has a certain thickness in the z direction; metal meander lines 21 and 22 are respectively etched on the upper surface 11 and the lower surface 12 of the dielectric substrate 1 to form an upper layer meander line structure and a lower layer meander line structure. The arrangement direction of the zigzag lines ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a polarized stable active frequency selection surface structure. The structure comprises a dielectric substrate, a first zigzag line structure, a second zigzag line structure, PIN diodes which are loaded in cycle units, and feed lines which provide bias on the edge around the surface for PIN tubes. A number of metal lines are etched on upper and lower surfaces of the dielectric substrate to form the zigzag line structures. The zigzag lines of the same surface are parallel to each other and are spaced by the length of the translation of one unit. The zigzag lines of upper and lower surfaces are orthogonal. The middle parts of the metal lines close to each other in each unit are connected by welding PIN tubes. Positive and negative voltage bias are added into corresponding edge feed lines of upper and lower surfaces, and the working status of the PIN tubes is controlled. According to the invention, the structure can be applied to a radome; the frequency selection characteristic of manually adjustable surface frequency selection is realized; the polarization of different incident waves is stable; and the simple structure has the advantage of simple feeding mode, and is suitable for a complex electromagnetic environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of radar radome design, and relates to a frequency-selective surface structure radome with stable polarization and a switch function for a specific frequency band. Background technique [0002] In recent years, FSS (Frequency Selective Surface) radome, as a relatively new working mechanism of radome, has received extensive attention from researchers. Compared with the traditional radome, the frequency selective surface radome can not only improve the wave transmission rate in the radar working frequency band to ensure the normal operation of the radar, but also reduce the electromagnetic wave reflectivity outside the working frequency band to obtain a good stealth effect. [0003] At present, most common frequency selective surface radomes are made of passive FSS structure materials. Passive FSS is a periodic structure composed of a large number of passive resonant units. Generally, periodic gaps can be made on metal ...
