The present invention discloses a display panel, a display device and a display panel manufacture method. The display panel comprises a display area; the display area comprises a plurality of data lines, a plurality of scanning lines and a plurality of first pixel regions which are distributed in an arrayed manner, wherein the data lines and the scanning lines are arranged in a crossing manner so as to form the first pixel regions; at least two data lines are not equal in length; at least one second pixel region is arranged between any first pixel region corresponding to a data line and the edge of the display area corresponding to the data line; and each second pixel region at least comprises a first metal line segment and a second metal line segment which are parallel to each other, wherein the first metal line segment is formed in a first metal layer, the second metal line segment is formed in a second metal layer, and the first metal line segment is located on the extension line of a certain data line. According to the display panel, the second pixel regions are additionally formed for the data lines, so that capacitance load on the data lines can be balanced, and a bright stripe phenomenon occurring at the edge of the display panel can be alleviated.
