Embodiment

[0018] Example: A high-durability copper-containing phenolic resin conductive ink, characterized in that it is prepared by the following formula in the following parts by weight: 20 parts of copper powder; 20 parts of phenol; 30 parts of formaldehyde solution; 60 parts of sodium hydroxide; zinc 15 parts of powder; 2 parts of additives.

[0019] A method for preparing the conductive ink described in the above embodiment, characterized in that the preparation process includes the following steps:

[0020] (1) The copper powder and zinc powder are processed into a micron level through a micron screen, with a particle size distribution between 60-100μm, and added to phenol after processing;

[0021] (2) Polymerizing the solution described in step (1), formaldehyde solution and sodium hydroxide together, and heating and curing at 75°C to obtain an intermediate product;

[0022] (3) The intermediate product described in step (2) is added to the auxiliary agent, and after stirring uniformly,...

Abstract

The invention discloses high-durability copper-bearing phenolic resin conducting ink. The high-durability copper-bearing phenolic resin conducting ink is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of copper powder, 15-20 parts of phenol, 10-30 parts of a formaldehyde solution, 45-60 parts of sodium hydroxide, 5-15 parts of zinc powder and 2-5 parts of an assistant. The zinc powder is added on the basis of a traditional conductive agent employing copper as a conductive paint; and after the paint is sprayed, the zinc powder material of which the conductivity is inferior to that of the copper powder is consumed in advance in loss due to the fact that a zinc-copper electrode is to be formed on the surface of the paint, so that oxidation or loss of the copper powder for environmental reasons is prevented and the overall conductivity durability is improved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of inks, in particular to a high-durability copper-containing phenolic resin conductive ink. Background technique [0002] The conductive material includes conductive plastic and conductive rubber. It is a functional polymer material that is mixed with resin and conductive material and processed by plastic processing. Mainly used in electronics, integrated circuit packaging, electromagnetic wave shielding and other fields. Conductive paint is a material refined on the basis of conductive materials. It achieves conductive functions by adding conductive materials to the paint and molecularly encapsulating through polymerization. [0003] However, because the paint is vulnerable, especially in harsh environments, the conductivity of the paint will be oxidized due to the environment or the conductive material adhering to the conductive powder, so that the conductive performance of the conductive paint during use will be slow. ...
