Abstract
The invention relates to a determining method for the hexylene transfer volume in food contact plastic products. The determining method comprises the following steps: step S1 of sample preparation: choosing a plastic bag sample, manufacturing into a plurality of 10cm*10cm plastic bag samples through a plastic sealing machine, washing the plastic bag samples clean through distilled water and airing; step S2 of standard work solution and blank test preparation, wherein the standard work solution is prepared from hexylene and with at least three concentrations, and the blank test is food simulant in contact with a negative plastic food package material; step S3 of food simulant test solution preparation; step S4 of analysis and detection, wherein GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer) is utilized to test the hexylene transfer volume in the standard work solution, the blank test and the food simulant.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of chemical component detection, in particular to a method for measuring hexene migration in food contact plastic products. Background technique [0002] In the modern food production and distribution system, food contact materials play an extremely important role. They can be called the "coat" of food and are closely related to our daily life. Especially plastic products of food contact materials are loved by consumers because of their light weight, beautiful appearance, low cost, insulation, drop resistance, and corrosion resistance. If juice machines, coffee machines, plastic bowls, disposable tableware, etc. can be seen everywhere in our lives, it will bring us great convenience. However, while people pay attention to the quality of life, they often ignore the safety of materials in contact with food. In daily use, harmful substances may migrate from materials in contact with food to food, thereby affecting huma...
