The method comprises the steps of getting a first start address writing to a first program of a storage area from a reserved area wherein the storage area is in a disposable programmable device, the storage area prepares a plurality of reserved areas, and each reserved area is used for saving start addresses of programs stored in the storage area, getting an address which is capable of writing to a second program close to and after the first program in the storage area, getting a second start address wherein the value of the second start address satisfies the following condition: being equal or greater than a modified value which is capable of writing to an address of the second program and being obtained after '0' able to write to address of the second program is altered into '1', altering '0' in the first start address in the reserved area into '1' according to the second start address, and writing to the second program from the second start address. Through the writing method and the device of the programs, the problem of limited program times of OTP program start addresses in relevant technologies is solved.
