[0022] The technical solution of the present invention will be further described in detail through the following examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

[0023] figure 1 Shown is a schematic structural view of a preferred transcatheter intramyocardial injection system 10 of the present invention, including a catheter body 14 having a distal end and a proximal end, and an ablation portion 15 is provided at the distal end of the catheter body 14, At the proximal end of the catheter body 14 is provided a handle portion 13 .

[0024] The handle part 13 includes a needle-exiting handle 31 and a catheter bending handle 32 , wherein the proximal end of the needle-exiting handle 31 is provided with a syringe connection seat, and its distal end is provided with a sliding core 35 . The sliding core 35 is provided with a scale with an accuracy of 1mm. When the needle is ejected, the scale value is the l...

Abstract

The invention discloses a transcatheter intramyocardial injection system. The system comprises a catheter body, wherein an ablation part is fixed at the far end of the catheter body; a handle part is fixed at the near end of the catheter body. The ablation part comprises an elastic head end pipe; an ablation electrode is arranged at the far end of the elastic head end pipe; the ablation electrode comprises at least one cavity; a needle outlet hole is formed in the ablation electrode. A puncture needle extends to the cavity of the ablation electrode through the elastic head end pipe; the puncture needle extends to the exterior of a catheter through the needle outlet hole; the far end of the puncture needle comprises a bending section; the inner diameter of a tube body is 0.25 to 0.35mm. When in use, drug can smoothly pass the puncture needle tube body, and the puncture needle tube body can be guaranteed not to be bent during use.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an injection system, in particular to a transcatheter intramyocardial injection system. Background technique [0002] The human heart includes a left atrium, a right atrium, a left ventricle, and a right ventricle. The right atrium communicates with the superior and inferior vena cava, and there is a septum between the left atrium and the right atrium. At present, coronary heart disease is the most common disease causing death. When coronary artery blockage severely restricts the blood flow of the myocardium, heart failure or myocardial infarction will occur. Currently, 70% of heart failure patients are from myocardial infarction. A brief period of ischemia or obstruction damages the heart muscle, and normally, the heart muscle cells cannot regenerate. [0003] Currently, less invasive interventional systems, such as catheter systems, are commonly used to inject drugs into the heart. Such as US published patents US200600950...
