The solution dehumidifying unit comprises a multiple stages of heat pump systems, wherein each stage of heat pump systems comprises a regeneration unit; liquid storage tanks of the regeneration units of two adjacent stages of heat pump systems are communicated with each other; the multiple stages of heat pump systems comprise a first heat pump system; the first heat pump system comprises a first regeneration unit and a surface air cooler; a liquid storage tank of the surface air cooler is communicated with the liquid storage tank of the first regeneration unit, so as to ensure that condensate water in the surface air cooler flows into the liquid storage tank of the first regeneration unit; the first heat pump system further comprises a first heat exchange pipeline; the first generation unit comprises a first spray pipeline; the first heat exchange pipeline is communicated with the surface air cooler and performs heat exchange with the first spray pipeline through a first condenser.
