The self-service invoicing terminal is used for transmitting an obtained identification code for voice issuing of a user to the enterprise server; the enterprise server comprises a purchasing flow information acquisition module which is used for obtaining purchasing flow information of the user according to the identification and a preset identification protocol, and an invoice base data generation module which is used for generating invoice base data according to the purchasing flow information; the enterprise tax control device is used for generating invoice real data according to the invoice base data and the preset algorithm; and the self-service invoicing terminal is further used for printing the invoice real data into a paper invoice.
