Abstract

The invention discloses an electronic device and a key module. The electronic device comprises a shell body, a key plate, a switch, a position sensor and a processor, wherein the shell body has a first hole; the key plate is disposed on the inner wall of the shell body in a sliding manner; one part of the key plate is exposed to the first hole and the key plate is used to slide between a first position and a second position; the switch is configured on the shell body; the key plate can be pressed at the first position and the second position to actuate the switch to send out a switch signal; a position sensing unit is configured in the shell body and used to sense the first position or the second position at which the key plate is located; and the processor is electrically coupled to the switch and the position sensing unit so as to respond to the switch signal according to sensing results of the position sensing unit so as to execute a first instruction or a second instruction.
