Compared with the prior art, the method of the invention regards the network reconfiguration as an extended plan with zero line investment cost and considers all the lines as to-be-built lines in the network reconfiguration process, and the network reconfiguration can bring a decrease in the overall cost without an increase the investment in the power distribution network.
